Participant Registration Guidelines
Participation sign-up is based around Job Site Leaders. For every 10 participants we MUST have one contact person who has attended one of the Mandatory Meetings. Read below for information regarding signing up as an individual, with a group or non-registered organization, and with a registered organization.
Be sure and sign up for a job-site leader meeting when completing your registration:
Monday, March 19th, 9:00am - 10:00am
Monday, March 19th, 2:00pm - 3:00pm
Tuesday, March 20th, 3:00pm - 4:00pm
Wednesday, March 21st, 5:00pm - 6:00pm
Wednesday, March 21st, 7:00pm - 8:00pm
The event begins at the kickoff in the West Stadium Lot (on Aquarena and Charles Austin) at 8:30 am, and we have a band, VIP speakers, free breakfast, water and t-shirts for all participants to enjoy! After the kick-off ends, usually around 9:30, we send all the volunteers to their job sites to work from 10am-2pm. A solid 4 hours of work leaves Bobcats exhausted and ready for the river, and makes a HUGE difference in the lives of the residents we can help.

Individuals
- If you are signing up on your own, you are automatically a Job Site Leader and MUST attend one of the Mandatory Meetings. This is to ensure that you have all the information you need about the day of the event.
- If you are part of an organization or class and would like to sign up with them, please talk to your student leader or professor and find out if they have started the sign up process!
- Select “Individual or non-registered organization” from the drop-down list and put only your name and NetID in the indicated fields.
Non-affiliated groups or Non-registered organizations
- If you have fewer than 10 people signing up, select one person to be your Job Site Leader. They will fill out the participation form and include the names and NetIDs of their group in the indicated field. They must attend one of the Mandatory Meetings.
- If you have more than 10 people signing up, you will need to select another Job Site Leader to fill out the form and every jobsite leader must attend one of the Mandatory Meetings. You need one Job Site Leader for every 10 group members.
- On the form's "Organization" field, select "Group or Non-registered organization." Be sure to put a name in the "Group or non-registered organization name" if you have more than one Job Site Leader registering.
Registered Student Organizations
- If you have a large organization, we may have to split your organization among several job sites. This is why we need multiple Job Site Leaders!
- Select your organization from the drop-down list and fill out the information for yourself and up to 10 of your group members
